I've never been to a gym before. Is BFT suitable?

Absolutely. Many of our members started with little or no gym experience. Every exercise can be modified and our coaches guide you through each session.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. That's exactly what we're here for. We'll help you train at a level that's right for you.

What should I bring?

Comfortable training clothes, a drink bottle and a towel. We'll take care of the rest.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. The 5-Day Experience is simply an opportunity to see if BFT Airport West is the right fit for you.

Can I train around injuries?

In many cases, yes. Because every session is coached, we can modify exercises to suit your individual needs where appropriate.
